Woodcock and Whisky Weekends

If you are short of time but would like to experience some of what Islay can offer, we have a limited number of places on weekend packages.  The weekends are tailored to your specification (aimed at groups of six) but as an example:

Arrive Friday afternoon in time for a four course home cooked meal rounded off with a wee dram.  Up at dawn for flighting on Saturday morning and then back to the lodge for breakfast, before going out for the day for walked up snipe & sundries armed with a pack lunch.  A brief chance to warm the toes in the bothy is followed by dusk flighting and then dinner accompanied by a selection of Islay whiskys with your own copy of 'The Whisky Bible' for reference.  After breakfast on Sunday morning enjoy a trip around the island to experience some of the fantastic beaches and wildlife followed by a private tour and premier tasting at Laphoaig Distillery.
